Squash Book!!!!

This is a fun little book that 'squashes' in on itself into this neat little square. You could put love notes, photos, journaling whatever inside and can view your contents like this.......
I found this fun book on Dawn Griffiths website. To view her video tutorial click here and scroll down the page. You need 3 12x12 pieces of cardstock to make the book and then whatever scrap pieces of designer series papers and cardstock you want to put in. I've used some pixie pink & whisper white cardstock, retired (but currently still available) certainly celery DSP and felt flower accents in pink passion and old olive with silver brads and finished with a piece of 5/8" certainly celery grosgrain ribbon to hold it together to fit neatly into a handbag or school bag. It's fun and quick to make so have a go! For the wording I've used retired US sets Outline Alphabets upper & lower case, but Typeset or Short Order Alphabet from the current UK catalogue would work just fine. With Mother's Day approaching this will be a great thing for my children to fill with secrets and pictures for my Mum! Teachers will love this project!
Here you can see how it collapses into a neat little square.
