This week's challenge on Stamp with Us is to use shades of chocolate inspired by a cupcake pictured on their blog. I've really enjoyed making this card and I'm pleased with the result. It's interesting how you can use shades of limited colours to create different effects. It means that when you start out stamping you can build your colour palette gradually as your finances allow, but still create great cards with limited colours. Of course the best way to get lots of colours is to buy all the marker pens and if you are interested in my marker pen share I have spaces available. More details here.
My supply list is as follows
Window Dressing, Everyday Flexible Phrases, Seeing Spots, US retired Antique Cracking stamp sets
Chocolate Chip, Close to Cocoa, Creamy Caramel & Very Vanilla cardstock
Versamark
Clear embossing powder
Pewter Hodgepodge Hardware
Velvet ribbon from Theatre Ribbon Originals
Chocolate Chip Designer Series Paper
Marker pens Choc Chip, Creamy Caramel & Close to Cocoa
Dimensionals and mounting tape.
