Great things to share with you!

Good evening everyone today I have two great things to share with you. The first is that my big, little boy learned to ride his bike at the weekend. It took some time and falling off, but finally once he accepted that you do need to put some effort in, he mastered the art!
Ooops!
And more oops!

But finally........

Big smiles from Charlie and Daddy!!

Martin will not be impressed that I've put this on, but he had been gardening all day hence the dishevelled appearance.
Saturday night Charlie was so tired from his trials of the day that he slept very soundly so much so that he snored. Martin went in to nudge him to make him turn over. The next morning we pulled his leg about snoring. Later that day he came up to me and said 'Mummy I think I must be becoming a man now that I'm snoring!' 'You're getting there Charlie!' I replied.
The second piece of news to share is a successful first day of my first open house to my customers. The folk that came along today all made some fab chrimbo cards and here are some!

We had a lovely afternoon and I'm so glad that Abi and her daughter Alice were able to join us. Abi lives a way from me, but doesn't drive. She's wanted to come to a workshop for a long time and finally her day off coincided with her husband's and he kindly brought them both along. Let's hope next time is sooner Abi!

That's it for today. Back soon with some more stories.

Well done to your son.Learning to ride on grass is the easiest way if you fall off does not hurt.
