I'm here now at convention 2010 and I'm sure I'm having a fabulous time. I've brought spare sweat catchers for Monica otherwise known as sanitary towels with wings. Ew what I hear you cry! Let me explain. Last year Monica was very excited about getting up on the stage and as a consequence got a little warm in places that ladies don't like to glow ie the pits! It began to show and so we nipped back to our hotel room and tried to find something to make it less apparent. It turns out that I had a wrapped little packet tucked in an unused zipped pocket, in my wash bag which was funny as I had a hysterectomy some years ago and don't need such supplies. Well I snipped it in half and the wings with some shaping worked wonders inside her silk blouse!
Now on to cleaner things and more exciting news here are some of my swaps that I made to share with my fellow demonstrators here at convention. It's a great pastime this swapping, you spend hours making beautiful things and then give them all away, but the beauty is that you get lots of fabby ones back.
Here I've made fridge magnets in bottle tops! Great fun and super for everyone young and old. Most of them incorporate our super level 3 hostess set Playful Pieces and crystal effects.
Well by now I should be getting ready to go to the awards dinner so I'll be back with more soon.
