Stampin' Up! Curvy Keepsake Box Robin - My first video tutorial!

Oh my I finally plucked up the courage to make my first video tutorial! Lots of folk asked me how I made my cute curvy keepsake box Robin and a I've had other requests for 'how to' on other projects. Also this week a lovely lady called Brenda Quintana asked me if I minded her making a video tutorial of one of my cards and she said I should have a go at making my own videos.  That gave me the final nudge to try.  I hope you find it useful!

This Robin would make super tree hangings/ornaments, table favours, stocking fillers and more and I'd love to hear what you used yours for ......

Thanks for watching and if you like it I'll have a go at making more!

Chalk Talk

As well as Christmas Card Club I'm a member of a card club. We send a card in the mail each month to another member of the club.  I've not been very good at keeping up over the past 12 months, mainly as I wasn't well and struggled to keep on top of most things, but now things are better and so I'm hoping to keep up each month.  This card however is one that slipped through the net and I've now sent it to its rightful recipient.

We have a challenge each month also and this one was to have an aperture somewhere on the front of your card. I've used Stampin' Up! Chalk Talk stamp sets and matching framelits for this and the tag is the same shape as the aperture and therefore the tag is inside the card.  I've embossed my card front with the Large Polka Dots folder which I absolutely love. It's just fun and really makes a card 'pop'.  I also made my own stencil with the 3/4" circle punch so that I could stamp the odd image onto random dots without marking the wrong part of the card.  I also adore the most recent set of Stampin' Up! in colours. Blackberry Bliss is probably my favourite with Lost Lagoon as a close second, but the whole set is yummy!

Do you make aperture cards?

Don't forget to like my Facebook page Zoe Tant  UK Independent Stampin' Up! demonstrator page to be in my blog candy draw by the end of November.

Back soon. Zx
