Snowmen Cards yesterday. Today the real thing!!!!

I made those Cold Play snowmen cards for my friend Josie and today the real thing appeared. We had some snow, not loads but enough and the right consistency for my children to build this cute chap. They had a ball as you can imagine and the fresh air did them good as they went to bed on time and straight to sleep. I think he might be like Raymond Briggs' snowman and be gone tomorrow. Fun while it lasted though!
I also made some cards. I was playing about with the new rub-ons (transfers) from Stampin'Up! and also used the level one hostess set Best Yet for the words and produced these two cards. Using chocolate chip cardstock is as weak an excuse as I need to have hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows and the odd 'chocolate chip' cookie! It, chocolate chip cardstock, looks fab with bashful blue trimmings and the pearls from the pretties kit look lovely wherever you use them. Hope everyone at my workshop on Tuesday will like them. Remember the rub-ons and textured cardstock are on offer until 30 Nov. More details further down the blog.
