Stamp with us challenge 1

Over on Stamp with Us, Natalie, Monica & Zoe are setting challenges for anyone who wishes to have a go. Each challenge will be slightly different, but the first is asking for you to follow a sketch or layout. I've decided to have a go and so here is my offering for challenge 1.

One condition is that you must use at least one Stampin'Up! product and here I've used all Stampin'Up! product except for the piece of mirror card.

I haven't used basic grey cardstock before and having added dazzling diamonds to a couple of pieces of chipboard I decided to put them all together. To vary the colour of the chipboard you can colour it with markers or simply put it onto an ink pad to absorb the colour. I made the circle pixie pink prior to adding glitter and the flower is just covered with dazzling diamonds. To find out how to do this you can join one of my techniques clubs. Email for details.

I used Seeing Spots for the background stamping in basic grey ink and a black rub-on for the wording. The pretty in pink ribbon is attached onto the chipboard using silver brads.
