Wow hasn't the weather turned out nice again. Typical now that children are about to return to school next week. However returning to school may be a good thing as it gives demonstrators the time to share all the benefits of taking a look at the Last Chance List issued by Stampin' Up!. Today's card is one I experimented with having seen these colours on a skirt the other day. They include perfect plum, basic gray, basic black and summer sun. I'm delighted that the set Baroque Motifs is not on the retired list as it's such a versatile set and with this swirly background stamp included it makes cards like this easy. The basic gray taffeta ribbon along with all the other taffeta ribbons is retiring and is now only £4.13 a reel. It's a shame the taffeta ribbons are going as I think they really enhance cards, but I can assure you there are some yummy replacements hot on their heels which will all be revealed when the new catalogue launches on 1 Oct.
