It's my birthday!!

I knew this was going to be a great birthday week when this excitement packed wallet arrived last Thursday.  It contains my programme, luggage labels and flight information for the incentive trip I earned from Stampin' Up! last year.  I have you my lovely customers and my hardworking team to thank for all your support in helping me achieve this trip which I shall endeavour to enjoy with Martin to the best of my ability next month.  Thank you so much!

Now my birthday week has continued to be fun filled.  There was the Stampin' Up! Regional Training event on Saturday, but the best part of all is today, my actual birthday.  My children and husband brought me tea in bed and some fabulous surprises.  Handmade cards from the children.

Also a very special giant card which I will explain.  For those of you who know me well, you know that I'm not much of a whizz or regular user of my mobile and you can occasionally see me pathetically trying to type a message on its touch screen with lots of typos and garbled words.  My children find this amusing, but they've set about with a plan, to bring me up to modern times and as you can see  from my giant card below 'help me with my stamping'

They've thought of all the things I could do with a new tool! For example display cards to customers, read books, take pictures, shop and skype with friends and them whilst I'm in Vienna.

Stampin' Up! Demonstrators who read this will understand that sometimes we may not get our balance right with our Stampin' Up! life and our family life so I'm really chuffed that my DH and kids have come up with a plan to help me improve the balance even further and buy me an ipad.  They've even offered to teach me how to use it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stand by for interesting times ahead!
Some days you just realise how lucky you are.........
Whatever you do today wear a smile!
Hugs Zx

Happy Birthday! Might I point out that you can also put the IB&C and the mini catalogues into iBooks so you can pull them up at any time without having to carry them around? When you're viewing them online from the SU website on the iPad just tap the screen and an icon should show at the top saying "open in iBooks" and you just have to select it! Anyway you are super talented and it was lovely to meet you on Saturday. Thanks for the helpful tips! -Kirsten

Happy Belated Birthday to you!!! Fab cards and how cute to ask the technophobe if she wanted an ipad first. Can't wait to hear how you get to grips with that,
Congrats again on Vienna - can't wait to share the trip (or at least some of it) with you!
