Scary Stampin' Lady!

Why is it that husbands always catch you in a photo at your best NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I'm hopeless with photos and usually have squinty eyes so this time I tried not to, but before I was ready he took the shot! Now I just look scary!  This was taken at Alexandria Station, Virginia USA on the first part of our holiday in the US recently.  We spent our first night in Alexandria then overnight trained to Orlando to see 'The Mouse!'.
Just before we left I popped into school to see Charlie's teacher who asked about our trip as I think Charlie had been more than a little excited prior to our departure.  Mr K was most jealous of our train trip through beautiful american countryside, so when I found my seat on the train to discover it was the only one without windows, yes no windows, I just laughed.  It wasn't such a hardship in the end, we had more leg room and most of America's railway lines are lined with trees so not much of a view anyway.
We waited patiently at the station for the big train to arrive.

Once in Orlando, our friends had organised for a car to collect us and take us to our hotel in the Disney Park.  We then did what all girls must do and went shopping in Downtown Disney before hitting the parks the following day.

Lots of character pics were taken over the next week and what is it that makes you wave at so many 'men in suits'?
Back soon.

This did make me laugh - I hate having my photo taken for the exact same reasons that you describe. I take ownership of our camera at all times!! Sounds like you had good fun.
