Christmas Card Club - Christmas Carols

Today is a beautiful day here on the Wolds and it seems crazy to be sharing Christmas cards, but we are on that slippery slope towards the festive season now that children are back at school and the new Autumn/Winter catalogue from Stampin' Up! has launched. It is also challenge week for our friendly Christmas card club and Rita set this fortnight's challenge with the theme of Christmas Carols.  It is fortuitous for me that Stampin' Up! has an amazing set of vintage papers just released called Home for Christmas which includes a couple of sheets of 'sheet' music with one of my favourite carols printed on it, Silent Night.  It combines then with a stamp set and thin lits called Jingle all the Way and Sleigh Ride respectively.  Softly Falling embossing folder added some lovely texture to my silent night sky and I am just loving these laser cut Snowflake Elements.  As you know I'm a girl who likes her bling and so I've managed to bring in just a touch with the silver cord bows.

I hope you are having a wonderful Sunday and will see you soon.

You can purchase many of the products used for this card now in my Stampin' Up! UK Online Shop right now and remember if you add the stampin' rewards code in the top right of my sidebar and spend £25 or more up to £150 (excl.  P&P) you will be sent a gift in early September by me after I have closed the code and ordered some rewards for everyone who has a qualifying shop on this code.

Zoe, this is just beautiful. I love how you've used the dies to create the sloping hills, that gorgeous paper (and I'll be rechecking the holiday catalog for sure!) with the embossing. So much texture, color and the wonderful carol sentiment. Good work. TFS

Thank you Mary, the dies do it for you and you let the scene come together. I'm sure you'll find lots in the holiday catalogue that will appeal! Zx

I love everything about this card Zoe, the beautiful embossing folder certainly resembles falling snow and your landscape layers work so well on this design.
