WELCOME
Today I'm joining in the Stampin' for Christmas blog hop. There's no particular theme other than Christmas so you are in for a treat with lots of inspiration for starting your festive making.
My card features the gorgeous hand painted then printed Painted Christmas designer series papers (DSP) and the matching Christmas Season stamp and die bundle.
It's a simple version of a pyramid card and instead of stamping you use the papers to create the layers with card stock too. I cut a rectangle from the centre of my piece of DSP and then stuck the cut out piece onto a piece of Evening Evergreen card just big enough to cover the aperture created in the original piece of DSP. I"ve added a very simple sentiment from the Words of Cheer Stamp set and some pine cones and pine needles which I stamped and die cut. I've also added Wink of Stella to these to add some sparkle along with a ribbon edge attached to the bottom of the sentiment.
Such a simple design that you could use just about any patterned paper for and make 6 cards per sheet of 12 x 12 inch paper.
Enjoy the hop by clicking blow on the next button to tour all the other lovely demonstrator ideas.
Thanks for stopping by.
Keep safe and keep stamping
